On examination, her pharynx appears erythematous with exudate noted. Visit is checked off for an existing patient, Exp problem-focused history and exam with low complexity MDM. A rapid strep culture (presumptive, screening culture) and CBC (automated) are completed in the office. Diagnosis: Strep pharyngitis and mild nutritional anemia.
